AUDHME™ // SYSTEM PROTOCOL
The AuDHMe Manifesto
I am a complex ecosystem of thoughts, rhythms, and sparks. I am the intersection where the world's "too much" meets my custom operating profile.
It is the deep-diving focus, the absolute honesty of my sensory processing, and the unique pattern-matching that sees systemic clarity where others see noise.
It is the kinetic energy of my curiosity, the lightning-fast pivots of my mind, and the divergent paths I take to build solutions for real-world friction.
Because while we may share clinical labels, we do not share the same soul. My neurodivergence is not a carbon copy; it is a custom build. I am the expert on my own experience, the narrator of my own story, and the advocate for my own needs.
Individually wired. Authentically lived. Full-spectrum inclusive.
The spectrum starts with me.From Medical Label to Adaptive Operating System.
The world was not built for minds across the neurodivergent spectrum, so we are rebuilding it.
AuDHMe™ is a universal, literal communication shorthand and physical infrastructure blueprint. Engineered from lived experience, we bypass the 'Masking Tax' to establish true physical sovereignty and zero-subtext clarity for all neurodivergent profiles.
We do not need to ask for a seat at the table; we are building the room in which it is placed.

The Sanctuary Standard
A campaign to establish legally recognized, low-demand, sensory-safe environments in public and civic infrastructure. Replacing mandatory masking with physical sovereignty across all neurodivergent profiles.
THE THREE PILLARS OF SANCTUARY
Acoustic & Visual Regulation
Mandatory low-sensory zoning within civic facilities, including designated quiet corridors, flicker-free lighting protocols, and total elimination of high-decibel ambient audio pollution in essential public services.
Literal & Direct Communication
Enforcement of zero-subtext signage and literal assistance options. Public infrastructure must provide clear, predictable, multi-modal navigation that removes the cognitive penalty of ambiguous directions.
Low-Demand Infrastructure
Establishing non-verbal service channels, zero-eye-contact interaction options, and physical retreat spaces designed to prevent sensory overload and autonomic nervous system burnout.

Neuro-Code™ Encyclopedia
Series 00: Foundation
You are a safe/trusted person. I am comfortable being unmasked and honest about my needs with you.
My ability to sustain focus is tied to the presence of another person (physical or virtual). Their presence acts as a grounding anchor for my nervous system.
Series 10: Sensory & Input
My sensory system is maxed out. Lights, sounds, or textures are too intense right now. I need a reduced-input environment to regulate.
My nervous system is understimulated. I need movement, pressure, texture, or sound input to feel grounded and present.
Background noise has hit my limit. I can't filter conversation from ambient sound. Quiet or headphones are required.
My skin is hypersensitive or a texture/fabric in the environment is causing physical distress. Please avoid unexpected touch.
Cluttered environments, flickering lights, busy screens, or harsh glares are disrupting my focus. I need a visually calm space.
A smell in this environment is causing physical distress. I may need to relocate or the scent source needs to be removed.
The layout of the digital or physical system/info I am interacting with is too cluttered or illogical to process accurately right now.
My internal "thermostat" is failing. High ambient heat is causing a rapid drain on my cognitive resources.
Multiple competing sound sources are creating an "auditory wall" that prevents me from isolating specific information.
An anxiety-based physical inability to speak in specific social or high-pressure contexts. This is distinct from a total loss of language.
Series 20: Processing & Communication
I heard you, but my brain needs extra time to interpret what was said. Please wait before repeating or continuing.
My working memory is at capacity. Adding more information right now will cause dropout. I need a pause to offload.
Switching tasks requires significant mental rampup time. Interruptions now will cost 20-plus minutes of re-entry.
I am in a deep focus state. Interrupting now is costly. My peripheral awareness of my environment/to-do list is currently offline.
Starting tasks, switching, or sequencing is difficult right now. I may need a clear first step or external structure to begin.
My verbal processing is impaired. Please send this in writing. I will respond more accurately via text than speech.
I am capable of high-level output in one channel (e.g., Task OR Talk) but cannot split my focus between two simultaneous inputs.
I have spotted a recurring logic, error, or efficiency in the current system. I need a moment to map out this connection.
Series 30: Social Integration
I have been performing neurotypical social norms for extended time. My social battery is depleted. I need to be authentic or alone.
I cannot sustain surface-level conversation or social filler right now. I am available for meaningful exchange but not subtext.
I am processing language literally right now. Sarcasm, metaphor, or indirect requests may be misread. Please be direct.
Maintaining eye contact is using significant cognitive resources. I may look away to think; this is attentiveness, not disrespect.
I need solitary, low-demand time to recover from social interaction. This is not rejection. I will re-engage when regulated.
This is an unexpected social situation and I do not have a prepared response. Please give me a moment to formulate.
I am moving between states (e.g., task to social). I am physically present, but my internal data is still "uploading" to the new context.
I am using physical movement or vocalisation to process high energy and maintain my internal baseline.
Series 40: Maintenance & Cognition
I have not noticed hunger, thirst, or a need for movement. I may need an external prompt for basic self-maintenance.
I know what needs to be done but cannot start. This is not avoidance. I need a body double, a timer, or a micro first step.
My sense of time is distorted right now. I cannot accurately estimate how long things take or how much time has passed.
I am operating under sleep deficit. My regulation, processing, and output capacity are significantly reduced.
External demands are triggering an autonomic resistance response. Reduce pressure and increase perceived choice to support re-engagement.
An expected routine has been broken. My nervous system needs time to adjust.
Temporary loss of "body in space" awareness. I may be clumsy, bump into objects, or misjudge physical distances.
If a person, task, or object is not in my direct field of vision, my brain has de-indexed its existence.
Faced with multiple options of equal weight, my internal "sorting" system has stalled. I cannot determine priority and need an external tie-breaker.
Series 50: Emergency & Advocacy
I am approaching a full neurological shutdown. I need immediate removal from stimulation and space to be non-verbal and still.
I am at the edge of a stress response that may appear as an emotional outburst. This is involuntary. Reduce demands and stimulation now.
I need to access a physically safe, low-stimulation environment immediately. Please help remove barriers to this.
I have lost access to spoken language. I can still communicate via writing, gestures, or AAC. Do not force speech.
My nervous system has entered a freeze state. I appear unresponsive but I am aware. Calm, low-demand presence helps.
I need my identified support person contacted immediately. I am not able to advocate for myself in this moment.
My cognitive or motor skills are degrading specifically because I am being watched or evaluated.
I am "locked" in a loop (thought, action, or social). I require a neutral, direct prompt to shift my focus without emotional escalation.
I can hear the sound perfectly, but my brain cannot "decode" the words. They currently sound garbled or unintelligible.
Series 60: Growth & Connection
My motivation system requires a genuine "win" or positive acknowledgement to restart after a high-stress period.
I am sharing a deep interest to regulate and bond. This is an act of connection; please join my flow.
I am in a state of high-harmony with my environment or a partner. Let us maintain this rhythm without unnecessary interruption.
I am processing high-positive energy. I may use physical movement or vocalisation to celebrate and process this energy.
My executive monitoring system has stalled. I cannot plan, prioritize, or process my own status until I have had a period of zero-demand rest to reboot the system.

The Creator
AuDHMe™ wasn't drawn up in a corporate boardroom. It was forged out of daily survival, pattern-recognition, and the necessity of building an operating system for an unaccommodating world.
Forged Out of Daily Friction
Navigating the world as a confirmed AuDHD individual (Autism Spectrum Disorder & ADHD Combined Presentation) means living at a constant neurological intersection: balancing the autistic need for predictability, quiet regulation, and zero-subtext clarity against the kinetic energy, sensory seeking, and rapid context-switching of ADHD.
Forcing dual neurodivergent processing into rigid neurotypical environments creates a massive, silent "Masking Tax": a continuous drain on executive function, working memory, and nervous system regulation just to navigate daily life.
"Instead of spending a lifetime apologizing for an operating system the world wasn't built for, I started mapping it. Every Neuro-Code™ in this library and every physical deck cut at my workbench comes directly from lived experience."
I build this ecosystem as a solo architect because accessibility shouldn't be hidden behind paywalls, diluted by corporate training agencies, or locked away behind clinical jargon.
While AuDHMe™ was born out of my own authentic AuDHD lived experience, the physical tools, tactile apparel, and zero-subtext card protocols we build are engineered to support anyone navigating sensory overload, executive dysfunction, or communication friction across the entire neurodivergent community.
The digital framework will always remain open-access and free for grassroots community self-advocacy. When you back this project or order hardware, you are funding raw industrial materials directly on my workbench to turn these digital codes into physical tools for real-world independence.
